Cathy Garrard is a journalist with three decades of fact-checking, writing, and editing experience. She currently works as a content creation and certainty consultant for national publications and companies. She has written and reported hundreds of articles on health, nutrition, travel, and entertainment. She also teaches fact-checking and media literacy at NYU’s School for Professional Studies. She is based in Brooklyn, NY.
